Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Wizard / Copilot AI Architect for a 3-month contract to lead the design, development, implementation, and adoption of AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Azure AI, Power Platform, and enterprise data platforms.

This role partners with business stakeholders, technology teams, architects, and delivery teams to identify high-value AI opportunities and transform them into secure, scalable, production-ready Copilot agents and intelligent workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solution delivery.
  • Identify processes suited to AI agents, automation, and intelligent workflows.
  • Build agents using Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, and enterprise knowledge sources.
  • Configure topics, prompts, generative AI, orchestration, tools, connectors, workflows, and agent-to-agent interactions.
  • Integrate agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
  • Design RAG and grounded-AI solutions with enterprise data.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, security, data protection, governance, responsible AI, and compliance controls.
  • Define testing and evaluation for accuracy, performance, security, and user experience.
  • Establish ALM and DevOps across development, test, and production.
  • Monitor adoption, quality, ROI, KPIs, and business outcomes.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
  • Stay current with Copilot, Azure AI, agentic AI, MCP, and generative AI.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in technology delivery, solution architecture, consulting, or enterprise application development.
  • 3+ years with AI/generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, or Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio experience.
  • AI-agent and agentic-workflow delivery experience.
  • Strong Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure OpenAI/Azure AI, REST API, and enterprise-integration knowledge.
  • Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector search, embeddings, and AI evaluation.
  • Enterprise security, governance, RBAC, and data-protection experience.
  • Strong SDLC, CI/CD, and ALM knowledge.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Azure AI, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or Azure Architecture certifications.
  • Dynamics 365 experience.
  • Enterprise AI transformation experience.
  • MCP and agent-interoperability knowledge.
  • AI governance and responsible-AI experience.
  • Large-scale transformation leadership.
