Job Title: OFSAA Developer

Location: Toronto, ON (4 Days Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced OFSAA Developer with strong Oracle and PeopleSoft expertise to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) solutions, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial and risk analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support OFSAA modules and solutions
• Develop and optimize Oracle SQL/PLSQL queries, procedures, and performance tuning
• Integrate OFSAA with upstream and downstream systems, including PeopleSoft
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Support data mapping, ETL processes, and reconciliation activities
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
• Collaborate with functional teams, business analysts, and QA teams
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as an OFSAA Developer
• Solid expertise in Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL
• Working experience with PeopleSoft (Financials / HR modules preferred)
• Experience with data integration, data models, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in banking or financial services environments
• Exposure to regulatory reporting or risk management systems
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
• Experience working in Agile delivery models
