We are looking for an experienced Test Architect with strong expertise in the U.S. Retirement / 401(k) domain to lead testing strategy and quality engineering for complex retirement-services platforms.


Experience: Senior/Test Architect level

Location: Canada / Remote, subject to engagement requirements

Strong U.S. 401(k) / Defined Contribution / Retirement domain knowledge


Test Architecture & Enterprise QA Strategy


Retirement plan administration and recordkeeping systems


Contributions, distributions, loans, withdrawals and rollovers


Eligibility, enrollment and vesting


Employer match and plan rules


Integration, API, database and end-to-end testing


Test automation strategy and framework design


Data validation and reconciliation


Agile delivery and stakeholder coordination


Experience leading QA/Test teams across complex enterprise programs


Must Have: Significant hands-on experience testing U.S. Retirement / 401(k) platforms. General QA/Test Architect experience without retirement-domain expertise would not be sufficient.
