Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Tech Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions for a major banking client. The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce FSC, Apex, Lightning, integrations, and Salesforce architecture, with demonstrated experience leading technical teams and partnering with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce FSC solutions.
• Design and implement secure, scalable solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and implementation teams.
• Develop and review Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, Triggers, and platform configurations.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
• Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce development standards, code quality, security, governance, and engineering best practices.
• Lead technical design sessions, code reviews, and solution discussions.
• Support data migration, deployment, testing, production releases, and stabilization.
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce security, sharing, integration, access-control, and governance best practices.
• Mentor developers and contribute to the overall Salesforce technical strategy.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead, Senior Salesforce Developer, Lead Developer, or Technical Architect.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, Triggers, configurations, and APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, middleware technologies, and REST/SOAP services.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, data model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and access controls.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, Git, deployment, testing, and release processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Experience in banking, financial services, wealth management, insurance, or capital markets is highly preferred.

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and/or II
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant

Nice to Have

• Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or another enterprise integration platform.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of financial-services data models and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce environments.
