Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Adobe CDP Architect to lead a customer data and journey transformation program for a Canadian Utility client. The ideal candidate will drive journey mapping workshops, translate business requirements into Adobe Real-Time CDP architecture, and guide end-to-end implementation of Adobe’s data and activation stack.

Required Experience:

• 7–10+ years in Customer Data, Martech, or Digital Architecture roles
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP
• Strong expertise in journey mapping and customer experience design
• Experience designing and deploying unified customer profiles at scale
• Strong knowledge of identity resolution, schema design, and data modeling

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead journey mapping workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Design and architect Adobe Real-Time CDP solutions including:
  • Profile schema design
  • Identity namespace strategy
  • Data ingestion (batch, streaming, APIs)
  • Data governance and consent management
• Define customer segmentation and audience strategies
• Guide implementation teams for Adobe CDP deployments
• Integrate with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Analytics, and downstream activation platforms
• Ensure compliance with Canadian privacy regulations (PIPEDA)
• Support testing, validation, go-live readiness, and stakeholder management

Required Skills:

• Adobe Real-Time CDP
• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Core Services
• Adobe Journey Optimizer (Preferred)
• Adobe Analytics / Tags / Data Collection (Preferred)

Preferred Domain Experience:

• Utilities, Energy, Telecom, or other regulated industries
• Experience with CIS, Billing, Call Center, or IoT/AMI data is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Adobe Certifications (AEP / CDP Architect or Developer)
• Agile delivery experience in enterprise programs
