📍 Location: Toronto, ON (4 Days Onsite Mandatory)

⏳ Duration: 3–6 Months Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with strong expertise in Python and Robot Framework to support AML (Anti-Money Laundering) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on automation testing experience, strong QA fundamentals, and the ability to work closely with development and business teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts using Python and Robot Framework.
• Perform automated and manual testing as required.
• Design and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases.
• Identify, log, track, and validate defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and testing needs.
• Ensure adequate test coverage and quality assurance throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in test planning, test execution, and reporting activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing.
• Strong programming experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and test lifecycle management.
• Experience with test case design, execution, and defect management tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• API Testing experience.
• Exposure to Selenium or other automation testing tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets domain experience.
• Experience working on AML-related projects is an advantage.

Work Arrangement

• Toronto, ON
• 4 days onsite per week (mandatory)
