Job Description

We are looking for an onsite Production Support Manager for EDLH for an initial 6-month engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in production support, incident management, data platforms, and stakeholder communication within enterprise environments.

Important:

Candidates must be local to Montreal and available for a mandatory face-to-face interview at the client location.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Snowflake including:
  • Querying
  • Architecture understanding
• Strong hands-on experience with DBT
• Advanced SQL skills:
  • Complex querying
  • Multi-table joins
  • Performance optimization
• Experience with Control-M Scheduler tool
• Experience using ServiceNow for Incident Management
• Strong Production Support / Incident Management experience:
  • L1, L2, and L3 support
• Experience with Governance and Monitoring processes
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to manage SLAs and KPIs effectively

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Python
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Experience with IBM DataStage
