Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience. The role involves analyzing insurance data, performing data mapping and validation, building reports and dashboards, and supporting business stakeholders with data-driven insights.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Data Analyst experience
- 2+ years of P&C Insurance experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Data Analysis, Data Mapping, and Reporting
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into reporting and analytics solutions
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data quality analysis
Preferred Skills
- Guidewire experience (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter)
- Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or AWS
- Experience in insurance data migration, transformation, or modernization projects
