Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IBM ISAM Expert to support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with IBM Security Verify Access (ISAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Federation, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) / IBM Security Verify Access solutions.
• Implement and manage SSO and Federated Authentication using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Configure WebSEAL reverse proxy, junctions, access controls, and authorization policies.
• Integrate ISAM with LDAP directories, Active Directory, and external identity providers.
• Support MFA implementations and advanced authentication workflows.
• Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and support high-availability environments.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) / IBM Security Verify Access.
• Strong experience with WebSEAL.
• Hands-on experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and IAM concepts.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and access control models.
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• AWS or Azure cloud experience.
