Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud AMS Lead to manage ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Health Cloud expertise, hands-on technical knowledge, and experience leading Application Maintenance Services (AMS) engagements while ensuring platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce Health Cloud AMS and support operations
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes
- Ensure system stability, performance, and availability
- Coordinate with business and technical teams for issue resolution
- Oversee enhancements, configurations, and minor development activities
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
- Manage releases, deployments, and production support
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards
- Mentor support team members and ensure SLA adherence
- Drive continuous platform improvements and optimization
Required Skills
- Salesforce Health Cloud Certification (Mandatory)
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience
- Strong Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and support experience
- AMS / Production Support experience
- Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Configuration expertise
- ServiceNow or Jira experience
- Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills
- Healthcare domain experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
