Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Project Manager to lead enterprise healthcare CRM transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage large-scale Salesforce Health Cloud implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud implementation projects
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate business, technical, and vendor teams
• Develop project plans, milestones, and delivery roadmaps
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and executive reporting
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery tracking
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Oversee integrations with EHR/EMR and enterprise systems
• Support UAT, deployment, and post-production activities

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience
• Proven experience managing Salesforce Health Cloud projects
• Healthcare industry experience (Payer, Provider, or Life Sciences)
• Strong Salesforce ecosystem knowledge
• Experience leading enterprise digital transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• PMP and/or Agile Certification preferred

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Health Cloud functional knowledge
• MuleSoft integration experience
• HIPAA and healthcare compliance exposure
• Experience working with global delivery teams
