🚀 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support large-scale, data-driven transformation initiatives. This role will focus on defining data requirements, improving data quality, and enabling scalable data intake and operating models across business units and external partners.

The position involves close collaboration with data architects, business stakeholders, and external partners to establish consistent data standards and streamline onboarding processes.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Drive business engagement to gather and define data requirements
• Perform detailed data analysis, including source-to-target mapping and data definitions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define contract, premium/risk, and claims data requirements
• Establish and document data quality rules and validation frameworks
• Support the design and implementation of scalable partner onboarding processes
• Work closely with data architects to align on enterprise data models and standards
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across multiple business units
• Translate complex data and technical concepts into clear business requirements
• Contribute to the development of a target operating model for data intake and workflows

🧠 Key Skills & Experience

• 8–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-centric or enterprise transformation programs
• Strong experience working with high-volume transactional datasets (e.g., policy, premium, claims, financial data)
• Proven expertise in data analysis, mapping, and business data definition
• Experience defining data quality rules, validation frameworks, and governance standards
• Experience working with external partners, vendors, or third-party data providers
• Familiarity with delegated authority insurance data, bordereaux processes, or similar models (preferred)
• Experience supporting enterprise data modeling or standardization initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to influence, challenge, and align senior stakeholders
