Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior EnterpriseOne (E1) Business Analyst who is responsible for supporting, improving, and automating business processes by implementing and enhancing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1). This role acts as a liaison between end users and the development team to evaluate and implement system modification requests.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent 

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support

  • Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of small- and large-scale projects.
  • Provide modification specifications for the development team.
  • Research and report issues using Oracle Online Support.
  • Create and update documentation, including manuals and test scripts.
  • Coordinate and support end-user testing.

Application Support

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.
  • Recommend and specify system modifications and enhancements.
  • Conduct application testing and validation.
  • Document system changes and outcomes.

Post-Implementation Support

  • Provide support to users on system-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot application and data issues.
  • Deliver end-user training as needed.

Qualifications:

  • College Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 3–6 years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, including module implementation and application support.
  • 1–2 years of ERP application experience.
  • Strong technical skills including SQL and MS Access.
  • Experience with JD Edwards Security Principles and best practices.
  • Previous experience in technical support roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret business processes and translate them into system requirements.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Bilingual (English and French) preferred.
