About the Role

VStream Labs Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP EAM / PM Lead Consultant to lead enterprise asset management transformation initiatives across asset-intensive industries including Utilities, Energy, Manufacturing, Transportation, Infrastructure, Mining, and Public Sector organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Plant Maintenance (PM), SAP S/4HANA Asset Management, maintenance planning and execution, asset lifecycle management, mobility solutions, and enterprise integrations. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, business process expertise, and experience delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Asset Management

• Lead SAP EAM / PM solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Design and implement end-to-end asset management and maintenance solutions
• Define future-state maintenance processes aligned with industry best practices
• Support enterprise asset management modernization initiatives
• Provide recommendations for process optimization, reliability improvement, and operational efficiency

SAP EAM / PM Configuration

Configure and support:

• Equipment Master
• Functional Locations
• Maintenance Notifications
• Work Orders
• Task Lists
• Maintenance Plans
• Work Centers
• Measuring Points & Counters
• Preventive Maintenance Programs
• Corrective Maintenance Processes

Asset Lifecycle Management

• Support complete asset lifecycle management processes
• Design maintenance planning and scheduling solutions
• Support reliability-centered maintenance strategies
• Enable spare parts planning and inventory optimization
• Improve asset performance and maintenance effectiveness

Integration & Digital Enablement

Integrate SAP EAM with:

• SAP MM
• SAP FICO
• SAP PS
• SAP HR
• GIS Platforms
• Mobile Workforce Solutions
• IoT Platforms
• Field Service Applications
• Third-Party Maintenance Systems
• Support mobile maintenance and field service processes
• Enable digital asset management and smart maintenance initiatives

Project Delivery & Leadership

• Lead business workshops and solution design sessions
• Support requirements gathering, testing, data migration, cutover, training, and hypercare
• Provide leadership to functional teams and business users
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, procurement, and finance stakeholders
• Mentor junior consultants and project team members

Experience

• 15+ years SAP EAM / PM consulting experience
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Asset Management experience
• Multiple full-cycle SAP implementation projects
• Experience leading enterprise asset management transformation programs
• Experience working within asset-intensive industries
