About the Opportunity

VStream Labs Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Lead Consultant to support enterprise-wide finance transformation, SAP S/4HANA modernisation, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and process optimisation initiatives.

We're looking for a seasoned SAP Finance professional who can lead business workshops, advise executive stakeholders, design scalable finance solutions, and drive end-to-end SAP Finance implementations across global organisations.

We're looking for a candidate with deep expertise in Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), SAP S/4HANA Finance, financial governance, reporting, and cross-functional integrations, who can serve as a trusted advisor to finance leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Transformation & Solution Design

• Lead finance transformation workshops with:
  • CFO organizations
  • Finance leadership
  • Accounting teams
  • Controllers
  • Treasury teams
  • Tax departments
  • Audit stakeholders
• Design scalable SAP Finance solutions aligned with business objectives
• Define future-state finance operating models and best practices
• Drive SAP S/4HANA Finance modernization initiatives

Lead design and configuration across:

Financial Accounting (FI)

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ensure compliance with accounting and financial control requirements
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
