About the Role

VStream Labs Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Lead Consultant to lead enterprise OTC transformation initiatives covering customer order management, pricing, availability, fulfillment, billing, revenue processes, and customer experience optimization.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP SD, SAP S/4HANA OTC processes, pricing strategies, billing, credit management, and end-to-end order fulfillment. This role requires strong business process knowledge, solution design expertise, and experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

OTC Transformation & Solution Design

• Lead OTC process design workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Design future-state Order-to-Cash solutions aligned with SAP best practices
• Drive sales and customer operations transformation initiatives
• Identify process improvement, automation, and optimization opportunities
• Support SAP S/4HANA modernization and transformation programs

SAP OTC Functional Responsibilities

• SAP FICO
• SAP EWM
• SAP TM
• CRM Platforms
• Customer Portals
• Tax Engines
• EDI Solutions
• Third-Party Logistics Providers

Project Delivery & Leadership

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design workshops
• Support testing, data migration, cutover, training, and hypercare
• Provide leadership to consultants and business users
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, logistics, finance, and operations teams
• Support governance, risk management, and solution reviews

Experience

• 15+ years SAP SD / OTC consulting experience
• Strong SAP S/4HANA OTC experience
• Multiple full-cycle SAP implementation projects
• Experience leading OTC transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
