Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tosca Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable automation suites across UI, API, and data layers. The role focuses on developing reusable automation frameworks, managing test data, and integrating automated test cases into CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute automated test cases including regression, functional, and end-to-end business process testing using Tosca
  • Design, develop, and maintain Tosca automation scripts
  • Implement and maintain automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing
  • Create and manage Tosca workspace, components, test design sheets, modules, classes, RTB, and libraries
  • Build automation frameworks from scratch where required
  • Develop and maintain test data strategies, including use of Tosca Data Integrity and DB validation
  • Perform PDF comparisons and data validation using Tosca tools
  • Collaborate with BA, Dev, and QA teams to define test objectives and ensure requirement traceability
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality automation solutions
  • Identify failures in test scripts, troubleshoot issues, and optimize automation performance
  • Support CI/CD integration and DevOps processes for automated testing

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in test automation
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tosca automation framework
  • Strong experience in Tosca Data Integrity (DI)
  • Experience in building test cases, test modules, test design sheets, classes, RTB, and libraries
  • Experience with parameterization and advanced Tosca automation concepts
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for automation scripts and failure analysis
  • Experience working in Agile environments using BDD
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools such as GitLab and Jenkins
  • Strong SQL skills required
  • Experience supporting DevOps practices and automation pipelines

Preferred Skills

  • Insurance domain experience is an asset
  • Tosca Automation Specialist I & II certification preferred
  • Test Design Specialist certifications are an advantage
  • Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models
