Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Guidewire InsuranceSuite solutions, with a strong focus on Commercial Lines Insurance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Guidewire architecture, Guidewire Cloud, and enterprise insurance solutions, along with the ability to lead technical teams and engage with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Guidewire InsuranceSuite solutions for Commercial Lines.

Define scalable, secure, and cloud-ready architecture aligned with Guidewire best practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Drive technical design, integration strategy, architecture governance, and solution reviews.

Mentor technical teams and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Guidewire Architecture.

Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter; ClaimCenter and BillingCenter experience is a plus.

Proven experience implementing Commercial Lines insurance solutions.

Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud, Guidewire integrations, and architecture best practices.

Strong understanding of Guidewire configuration, integrations (REST/SOAP), and insurance domain.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
