Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Claims. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and supporting Agile delivery teams in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct business analysis and requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement gathering discussions.
  • Analyze business problems, incidents, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with business users, product owners, developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Support Agile Scrum teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and release activities.
  • Drive project success through effective stakeholder communication and collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience working with P&C Insurance Claims systems.
  • Minimum 3 years of Guidewire ClaimCenter experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.
  • Good understanding of FNOL (First Notice of Loss) and end-to-end claims handling processes.
  • Basic understanding of Policy Administration Systems and third-party/vendor integrations.
  • Experience working with data models and data analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
  • Experience working within a Global Delivery Model.
  • Proven ability to lead and support Scrum teams toward successful delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Guidewire ClaimCenter Certification.
  • Experience with Agile Manager or similar Agile/Scrum tools.
  • Additional exposure to insurance digital transformation initiatives.
