Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Guidewire Integration Lead Developer with strong expertise in PolicyCenter integrations and rating. The ideal candidate will lead design and development of complex integrations, drive best practices, and ensure high-quality delivery in a Guidewire Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter integrations
• Architect and develop real-time and batch integrations using Guidewire Integration frameworks (Gosu, Messaging, Web Services, APIs)
• Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Drive rating integrations and support configuration (preferred)
• Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices, coding standards, and performance guidelines
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal business impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Integration development
• Expertise in Gosu, Integration APIs, Messaging, SOAP/REST Web Services
• Experience with Guidewire Rating (preferred but highly valued)
• Solid understanding of Guidewire data model and integration patterns
• Experience working in Guidewire Cloud environment
• ACE Certification (Mammoth release or later)
