Guidewire PolicyCenter Lead

💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a Guidewire PolicyCenter Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to drive end-to-end delivery across configuration, rating, and integrations.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in Guidewire Cloud implementations, Standard Based Templates (SBT), and delivering scalable solutions within the Commercial Lines / P&C Insurance domain.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and enhancement activities on Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Manage and mentor development teams across configuration and integration workstreams
• Perform hands-on development using:
  • Gosu
  • PCF
  • Data Model
  • Rules Engine
  • Workflows & Product Model
• Implement and maintain:
  • Rating logic
  • Rate books
  • Pricing integrations
• Develop and support integrations using:
  • REST / SOAP APIs
  • Messaging frameworks
  • Third-party systems
• Work with Standard Based Templates (SBT) to ensure consistent delivery standards
• Participate in Guidewire Cloud implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, and architects
• Troubleshoot production issues and support releases
• Ensure best practices, code quality, and timely delivery

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Guidewire experience (strong focus on PolicyCenter)
• Proven experience as a Lead in Guidewire implementations/support projects
• Strong expertise in:
  • Configuration
  • Rating
  • Integrations
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Rules Engine, Product Model
• Experience with Standard Based Templates (SBT)
• Experience in Guidewire Cloud implementations
• Domain expertise in:
  • Commercial Lines
  • P&C Insurance
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Guidewire Cloud Certification (Mammoth Release – minimum)
