Infios Warehouse Edge Implementation Consultant

Job Summary:

As an Infios Warehouse Edge Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Infios WMS solution for clients across various industries. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into system configurations, and ensure smooth adoption of the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Infios Warehouse Edge for clients, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand warehouse processes, workflows, and integration needs.
  • Configure the WMS system to meet client-specific operational needs, including inbound/outbound processes, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure seamless deployment.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for business users and administrators.
  • Troubleshoot system issues during implementation and provide timely resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and advise clients on best practices in warehouse operations and system usage.
  • Support post-implementation activities such as performance optimization, enhancements, and upgrades.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience implementing WMS solutions, preferably Infios Warehouse Edge or similar platforms (Manhattan, Körber, SAP EWM).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations: inbound/outbound, picking, put-away, slotting, inventory control, and fulfillment processes.
  • Experience with system configuration, testing, and documentation.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into WMS configurations.
  • Strong communication, training, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of integration techniques with ERP or other systems (preferred).
