PEGA Developer with Kubernetes

💼 Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned PEGA Developer with strong expertise in building scalable PEGA applications and deploying them on Kubernetes environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PEGA architecture, case management, integrations, and containerized deployments, along with the ability to work independently in Agile environments. Insurance domain experience is highly preferred.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop PEGA applications aligned with business and insurance processes
• Deploy and manage PEGA applications in Kubernetes environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to PEGA best practices, guardrails, and performance standards
• Develop integrations and workflows within PEGA applications
• Conduct code reviews and support development best practices
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership initiatives
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support end-to-end delivery activities

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of hands-on PEGA development experience
• Strong expertise in:
  • PEGA Architecture
  • Case Management
  • Integrations
  • Kubernetes
• Experience deploying applications in containerized/Kubernetes environments
• PEGA CSSA Certification is required
• PEGA LSA Certification is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in Agile development environments
