Job Summary

As part of our ongoing and ambitious Digital Transformation initiative, we are looking to hire a RPA Automation Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact, forward-looking projects in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Location: Hybrid - 3 days Onsite, GTA, Ontario, Canada

What you’ll do

  • Understand the business problem the project is tasked with solving and ensure project team does not lose sight of it
  • Work with project team on defining and managing project scope
  • Map current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) process flows
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for RPA solutions
  • Design optimized workflows using RPA tools (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
  • Create and maintain documentation including process maps, use cases, and test plans
  • Collaborate on roadmap design, planning and prioritization
  • Organize and lead working sessions and project update meetings within various levels of the organization
  • Work closely with business and technical team members in support of project deliverables
  • Identify project issues/roadblocks and steps for resolution and mitigation
  • Support testing activities including UAT, regression, and performance testing
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on project and process improvements

What you’ll bring

  • Previous BSA experience with Agile and Scrum Master experience
  • Experience with RPA platforms (e.g. Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
  • Proficiency in creating process documentation and functional specifications
  • Strong insurance knowledge and commitment to continuous learning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Process oriented when creating and maintaining project artifacts
  • Time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and effective follow-up
  • Must be a team-player, a team builder and a driver
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Demonstrate project ownership/end to end accountability
  • Exhibit leadership skills including the ability to communicate project vision and drive results
