Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP RTR / Controlling Consultant with a strong background in financial controlling processes.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in profit center accounting and cost center accounting, along with experience supporting SAP implementations across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
SAP RTR / Controlling Expertise
- Lead and support SAP RTR (Record-to-Report) and Controlling processes
- Configure and optimize profit center accounting and cost center accounting
- Ensure alignment of financial processes with business requirements
Implementation & Delivery
- Participate in both greenfield and brownfield SAP implementations
- Support system design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with finance, business, and IT stakeholders
- Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions
- Provide functional guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements
- Support ongoing improvements in financial reporting and controlling processes
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in SAP RTR and Controlling

Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Profit Center Accounting
- Cost Center Accounting
- Proven experience in SAP implementations (greenfield and brownfield)
Domain Experience
- Experience in SAP IS-U or utilities industry is preferred
Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
- Exposure to financial reporting and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
