Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to drive Agile delivery across enterprise-scale digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of AEM-based digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor AEM development teams on Agile best practices.
- Manage and refine AEM-specific product backlogs.
- Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery.
- Monitor Agile metrics including velocity, sprint burndown, and team capacity.
- Coordinate with UX, QA, DevOps, and Content teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
- Ensure alignment with AEM standards, governance, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- 4+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile environments.
- 3+ years of experience supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale digital or CMS programs.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, and workflows.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Agile delivery tools.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional delivery initiatives.
