Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to drive Agile delivery across enterprise-scale digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of AEM-based digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach and mentor AEM development teams on Agile best practices.
  • Manage and refine AEM-specific product backlogs.
  • Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery.
  • Monitor Agile metrics including velocity, sprint burndown, and team capacity.
  • Coordinate with UX, QA, DevOps, and Content teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
  • Ensure alignment with AEM standards, governance, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • 4+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile environments.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects.
  • Experience working on enterprise-scale digital or CMS programs.
  • Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, and workflows.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Agile delivery tools.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional delivery initiatives.
