Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in .NET development, backend architecture, REST APIs, and cloud technologies, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with .NET Web Portals
• Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports
• Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain expertise
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and query optimization
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps, and GitHub
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and middleware in .NET

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations as needed to conduct onsite meetings, gather business requirements, and document functional and technical specifications
• Design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient backend solutions based on business requirements
• Lead and mentor a team of backend developers through technical guidance and code reviews
• Develop and maintain high-quality applications using C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications
• Design, implement, and optimise relational and NoSQL databases
• Collaborate closely with front-end, QA, DevOps, and product management teams for successful project delivery
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including architecture, deployment guides, and system design documents
• Support application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support activities

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in enterprise-scale insurance applications
• Exposure to modern cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices
