Type: Commission-Based (Transition to Full-Time after targets are met)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter who will start on a commission-based structure and have the opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried role after consistently meeting agreed-upon hiring and placement targets.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys networking with top tech talent, and is excited to directly contribute to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical roles (Salesforce, Guidewire, MuleSoft, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.).
- Build and manage a pipeline of candidates through proactive outreach, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: outreach, interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and provide regular reporting on recruitment activity.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of recruitment experience (technical or IT staffing preferred).
- Strong understanding of technology domains and ability to quickly learn new tech stacks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a commission-based role.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, etc.) is a plus.
Compensation & Growth
Phase 1: Commission-Based
- Earn attractive commissions per successful placement.
Phase 2: Full-Time Opportunity
- Upon meeting hiring/placement targets for a defined period, transition to a full-time salaried recruiter role with base pay + incentives + benefits.
